FAQ
Can we bring our dog?
Absolutely! I love when couples bring their dogs along for their session. I do recommend bringing a trusted friend or family member to help out when your fur baby needs a break, some water, or gets a case of the zoomies. That way we can capture a few photos with them and still have plenty of time for photos of just the two of you.
where should we take our photos?
I have a growing list of favorite locations throughout Connecticut and Rhode Island, from beaches and coastal views to open fields, downtown areas, and hidden gems. Once you tell me your vision, I’ll help you choose the perfect location for your session.
how far in advance should we book?
The sooner, the better! Spring and fall dates tend to book the fastest, especially for engagement sessions. If you have a specific season or date in mind, I recommend reaching out as early as possible to make sure it’s available.
Do you help with posing?
Yes! You do not need any modeling experience to have beautiful photos. I’ll guide you through the entire session with prompts, movement, and posing that feels natural and fun. No awkward standing around wondering what to do here. I’ll help you every step of the way so you can focus on enjoying the moment together while I create photos that feel effortless and genuine.
what happens if it rains?
Connecticut weather loves to keep us guessing! If the forecast calls for heavy rain or unsafe conditions, we’ll simply reschedule for the next available date that works for both of us. Sometimes cloudy days actually create some of the dreamiest photos.
